A: You can check me out on my about page. With a seasoned career, I have developed skills by supporting businesses of all sizes and across various industries. Helping small businesses and mission driven organizations are my favorite things to do.
Where are you located?
A: On the South Shore of Massachusetts, supporting companies within the greater Boston area for in-person services. Also supporting companies remotely across the USA.
What time zone are you in?
A: Eastern and can support businesses across time zones in the US.
Why don’t you post your prices on your website?
A: Every customer’s needs are different. Some might need only administrative services and some light Human Resources, while others require more in-depth complex project management. Since these services are different, I create customized pricing for services. The pricing is largely based on the size of the company and the number of services needed.
How do you create a service plan for my company?
A: First, I get to know what you and your business need. I offer a free consultation to discuss what is holding you back from doing the things you want to be doing, I ask a series of questions to get to know your business and needs. Then I formulate a plan to assist. Plans and pricing are provided within 2 days of the consultation.
Can you support my business on-going?
A: Yes, and this will be dependent upon the consultation results, number of hours required, and number of hours available.
Can you help me get my start-up business going, hire permanent staff, and then bug off?
A: Yes, I can develop a plan for employee implementation. Providing Human Resources to get you the right employees to support your business longer term. During the transition period, the development of a Playbook is developed for on-going reference.
Are you a serious person?
A: When it comes to the important things, yes. Otherwise, I like to let my sense of humor run free and wild among the Universe.
How do we pay you?
A: For hourly business, bi-monthly invoices with net terms of 10-days from invoice receipt.
A: For monthly retainer services, an invoice will outline the expectation of services and payment for the services are paid up front. Time in 15-min increments and a statement of completed work is provided at the end of the month. A new monthly retainer invoice will accompany the statement of completed work.
A: Electronic payment processes are preferred, direct deposit and credit cards are accepted.
