I’m Stephanie A. Veiga (SAV)… and I’ve always been SAVvy about something!

My career has taken me on quite the voyage. I started as an administrative assistant supporting managers and executives, where I discovered a knack for keeping things organized and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. As technology became a bigger part of the workplace, I naturally gravitated toward learning new systems, software, and better ways of working.

That curiosity eventually led me into the world of consumer packaged goods, where I worked for a global data analytics and market research company supporting well-known brands like Kraft, Unilever, SC Johnson, and many others. To this day, I’ll walk through a grocery store, see a familiar brand, and smile because at one time, they were my client.

From there, I expanded into analytics, project management, and large-scale SaaS implementations, helping global organizations launch new technology and improve the way they worked.

Never one to stay anchored, I earned my certification in Meeting & Event Planning and spent time coordinating events throughout the Greater Boston area before the pandemic changed the tides for everyone.

When that chapter came to an unexpected close, I charted a new course and launched Savvy Operations Support.

Today, I help entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses launch big dreams and achieve goals! I navigate the behind-the-scenes work that keeps their organizations moving forward by providing the necessary day-to-day operational support. I become the dependable first mate who helps keep your business on course.

What I enjoy most isn’t checking tasks off a list, it’s giving business owners back their time. When you’re not buried in the day-to-day tasks, you can focus on your clients, your team, and growing your business. Watching that transformation is why I love what I do.
