Hello, I’m Stephanie A. Veiga (SAV), and I’m pretty “Savvy” about managing business administration and operations tasks. I started my professional journey as an administrative assistant for managers and executives before developing a keen interest in technology due to the increasing presence of computers in office environments. Later on, I ventured into the consumer-packaged goods sector, working for a prominent data analytics and market research organization and got to provide service to renowned companies like Kraft, Unilever, SC Johnson and a lot more. When I buy things in the store and read the manufacturer’s name, I often think “Oh yes, they were my client”.
My role involved providing analytical insights and recommendations for these companies before transitioning into project management. I oversaw intricate and large-scale deployments of tailored SaaS solutions for global clients, marking an engaging phase in my career.
In 2018, I decided to navigate new waters and decided to further my education obtaining a certification in meeting and event planning. Transitioning to the events industry, I organized meetings and events in and around Boston, embracing a refreshing change and applying my accumulated skills.
As 2020 rolled in, the events industry faced a perfect storm due to the pandemic. In response, I began offering consulting services to small businesses and startups, leveraging a blend of skills ranging from analytics and administration to business process enhancement and project management. During this period, I also acquired new experiences in areas like human resources, benefits administration, and financial management using QuickBooks software.
Through these diverse channels, I grew to enjoy providing services to entrepreneurs and watching small businesses thrive! Getting to witness how freeing up time for owners and small business managers has a ripple effect on the overall servicing of their clients is a joy. This is why I have focused my consulting services to cater to emerging industries and growing businesses.
If you feel overwhelmed by the administrative and operational tasks that distract you from serving your clients, contact me and let’s talk. I can assist you with a lifeline and help you stay afloat.
Located in the Greater Boston area, I have managed clients both on-site and virtually for many years. Remote working experience for over 15 years has afforded me the ability to work autonomously and produce results with just the right amount of guidance.
Let’s talk about how my services can help you once more become the captain of your great ship allowing you to devote time to growing your business. Helping small businesses and start-ups with their administration and operations needs.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Veiga
